- Submit your property to the Multiple Listing Service immediately.
- Advertise in publications according to best market segments including The Temple Daily Telegram and The Homebuyers Guide.
- Prequalify buyers, screen through the lookers and answer questions about your home.
Follow up on all details for closings:
- Mortgage applications for buyers.
- Appraisal ordered and comparables provided.
- Coordinate inspections and any repairs.
- Follow-up on mortgage approval.
- Order title work.
- Order closing papers drawn and confirm the closing date with all parties.
- Attend closing.
