Joanna Moore started her career in Residential Real Estate twenty eight years ago and has acquired her Brokers license, Certified Residential Specialist Designation and her Accredited Buyer's designation. The CRS® is the industry's most advanced degree and is your assurance that you are working with one of the top professionals in the business. Fewer than 2% of all Real Estate Licensees have received the CRS® Designation. Joanna is one of these few. She is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Temple-Belton which she established in 1986.
After raising three children with her husband Merlin, and now enjoying her grandchildren, Joanna has found real estate to be a worthwhile challenge. She doesn't consider real estate just a job, but a means to use her knowledge to help others. She understands that your quality of life is greatly affected by where you live. Finding the right home for her clients is uppermost in her mind.
Joanna has as many repeat clients as new clients. Her clients find her a bit of a contradiction: she is extremely patient and detail oriented (she worked with one couple for a year in order to find THE property which met their exacting requirements) yet possesses boundless energy (her day often runs from early morning into the evening). These qualities, along with her exacting attention to detail and her obvious integrity, keep her clients coming back and referring her to their friends.
Joanna has won numerous awards as a RE/MAX Broker-Owner, has been named "Top 20 in Texas" many times, which indicates the professionalism she exemplifies.
Joanna has been a resident of Temple for thirty years. She is actively involved in the community, in the church she and her family attend, and acts as a Board Member for the Temple-Belton Board of Realtors. Joanna is a member of The National Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, the REALTORS National Marketing Institute®. She has been named to Who's Who of the South and Southwest, Who's Who of America, Who's Who of American Women, Named to "Who's Who in Residential Real Estate," and was selected as a "Woman of Distinction" by the Girl Scouts of America.
